Because of ongoing COVID concerns, second semester checks will be distributed by mail again this year.  In order to receive your check, you will need to send me, either by mail or by email, a copy of your last semester’s grades.  Once I have your grades in hand, I will mail your check and the Supplemental Note form to you. Be sure to include your preferred mailing address.
